STEMize Project

The STEMize Project tackles the pressing challenges in STEM education in underserved communities across Ghana by offering hands-on learning experiences aligned with the GES curriculum and other globally recognized frameworks.

Our goal is to ignite interest in STEM subjects and careers through early exposure. The curriculum incorporates engaging and exciting elements to make learning fun and accessible for participants.

While Africa, and particularly Ghana, lags behind in education outputs, the government has recognized the critical role STEM education plays in advancing Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) as key drivers in overcoming the continent’s challenges. However, investment in STEM education remains insufficient.

In the long term, the STEMize Project aims to equip a robust local workforce capable of driving development and addressing critical challenges, including poverty, inequality, diseases, climate change, food security, and digitalization.
